Relax This Summer With Outdoor Yoga

Get outside and enjoy the fresh air by attending a free outdoor yoga session!


Starting now through September 26th, The Outlets at Assembly Row (300 Grand Union Blvd., Somerville, MA 02145) will be holding free yoga every Saturday at 9 A.M. along the Mystic River! Register each week for the class at to reserve your spot. Classes are BYOM (bring your own mat). Saturdays at 10 A.M. come to the Liberty Hotel for complimentary yoga classes conducted by Equinox. Non-guests are asked to bring their own mats. Every first and third Sunday of the month, you can join Branching Out Yoga at The Arboretum (near Dawson’s Park) in Jamaica Plains for outdoor yoga.  All skill levels are welcome, they just ask you to pay what you can in order to attend.  These sessions are also BYOM.


If you aren’t quite a morning person, head on over to Fiedler Field (Arthur Fiedler Memorial Head) along the Esplanade for some sunset yoga Wednesdays at 6:00 P.M. Whether you’re a beginner or expert The Esplanade Association’s yoga program allows you to challenge your mind and body while enjoying beautiful river views. Increase your flexibility and muscle tone, while achieving calmness, stress reduction and overall body awareness! Classes begin 7/15 and are BYOM. Summer Yoga also returns to The Boston Common Frog Pond every Thursday through August 27 at 6 P.M. The classes meet on the Common Parade Ground, behind the Carousel and are BYOM.
